A biblioteca do IAG está instalada no piso térreo do bloco da Administração do Instituto. Há espaço para estudo individual ou em grupo. Durante o período letivo, a biblioteca do IAG funciona de segunda a sexta-feira, das 8:00 às 19:15.
Há redução do horário de atendimento durante o período de férias e semanas de recesso escolar: das 8:00 às 17:00.
Expediente - férias janeiro-março/2023: De 02/01 à 13/01/2023, a biblioteca estará fechada para organização do acervo de livros. De 16/01/2023 a 10/03/2023, o horário de funcionamento da Biblioteca será das 8:00 às 17:00.

Theses and dissertations
ABCD/USP offers guidelines regarding the structure of the theses and dissertations submitted at USP on the publication “Diretrizes para apresentação de dissertações e teses da USP” (portuguese).
At IAG, it is required a double-sided copy of the thesis or dissertation, to be filed at the Institute's library.
Index card
The index card contains the technical description of the document. It must be printed on the back of the title page. The keywords must be selected within USP's Controlled Vocabulary.
Publishing at USP's Digital Library
Theses and dissertations from USP's Graduate Programmes are published at USP's Digital Library (instructions).
Following instructions from USP, aiming at standardization for bibliographic databases and indexes, IAG's name must be listed in Portuguese as:

This instruction follows ISNI, Ringgold, ROR and GRID standards, and is consistent with citation databases (Web of Science, Scopus), which provided data for international academic rankings.
