The Committee of Graduate Studies (CPG) is responsible for managing the IAG's four Graduate Studies Programs, setting guidelines, overseeing the execution of the curricula and coordinating all related academic activities.
The CPG's composition is determined by IAG's Regulations (Capítulo VI, Artigo 24), and its role is regulated by Resolução CoPGr nº 7493 (Capítulo IV, Artigo 30). IAG's CPG is made up of its President and Vice-Presidente (elected at IAG's Academic Board), by the coordinators for each Graduation Program offered at IAG, one faculty representative for each Program and by the student representation (elected by their peers at IAG).
